WATER

Water is a necessity. By changing how we use water, we can do more than just conserve the resource, we can have an abundant supply to support current residents and future growth. With these changes, we can avoid having to raise the price of water.

I plan to:

• Implement rules that require all city-owned water use to be evaluated and shut off where it is not a necessity (park strips, non-vital grass, etc.)

• Incentivize businesses to zero-scape non-critical watering areas

• Incentives for homeowners to zero-scape lawns
