About Alexander

Alexander was born and raised in Utah. In his early college years, he was introduced to the world of public service through internships with the United States Congress and with Utah's Governor's Office. He saw how good leadership and bad leadership affected the lives of thousands of people. Alexander finished his Bachelor's degree at the University of Utah and continued to get his Master's degree from George Washington University.

Alexander has dedicated his time to public service by formerly serving as the Board Treasurer for Restoring Ancestral Winds, an organization that focuses on murdered and missing indigenous women. He worked with the Utah Suicide Prevention Coalition to address ways to help our youth. Alexander was also the Director of Operations for Voterise, an organization that has assisted thousands of voters to get registered to vote.

In 2018 Alexander ran for State Senate and received over 30% of the vote from Democrat, Republican, and independent voters.

Alexander currently works in healthcare IT at the University of Utah. He enjoys spending his time with his wife Stephanie and with his dogs. He also enjoys playing music, fencing, and working on projects around his home.
